


Scott has over 26 years of experience in Global Investment Management working for top tier global banks in Australia, London, and Hong Kong.
Prior to founding Real Asset Management, Scott was a Managing Director and Head of Banking Products International for UBS Wealth Management (“UBS WM”), leading a team of finance professionals in 17 countries. Over a 13 year career with UBS WM, Scott held various roles including the Head of Banking Products in the United Kingdom, and Head of Banking Products Asia Pacific. Prior to joining UBS WM, Scott began his finance career in corporate banking with National Australia Bank in Brisbane Australia.
Scott holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Griffith University Australia, and an Executive MBA jointly from Kellogg Business School and the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.


Scott has over 30 years of experience in Global Wealth Management and Asset Management, working for top tier financial institutions in Australia and the United Kingdom.
Prior to joining Real Asset Management, Scott was a Managing Director and Head of Investment Products and Services for UBS Wealth Management Australia. There he oversaw the entire product offering for Australia’s premier wealth manager with $A24bn of assets under management. Scott has also held the position of National Sales Director for Macquarie Private Wealth Australia and prior to this Scott co-founded and was Managing Director of Corazon Capital, a specialist wealth and asset management business based in Jersey. Scott was also the Joint Head of Private Clients at Kleinwort Benson, after starting his financial career with Mercury Asset Management in London.
Scott holds a B.A. (Hons) degree in Business Management from the University of Leeds and is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Securities & Investment, UK.


William has over 28 years of experience in International Banking and Wealth Management.
Prior to joining Real Asset Management, William was a Vice President in Private Banking at Credit Suisse Hong Kong. There he maintained and developed a portfolio of high net worth clients. Prior to this, William worked for National Australia Bank and the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce, where over a 16 year career based in Canada, Hong Kong and Beijing.
Williams holds a B.A., Business Management from the Central University of Iowa, USA.

Agnes has over 20 years of experience in Client Relations and Administration, working for leading institutions in Australia and Hong Kong.
Since joining Real Asset Management in 2013, Agnes has played a pivotal role in driving the company’s success. She has a proven track record of building strong and lasting relationships with clients and providing professional advice and guidance to help them achieve their investment goals.
Agnes holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Strathclyde.


Craig has over 20 years of experience building and implementing technology solutions across financial services, legal and hospitality sectors to unlock new business capabilities, drive efficiency and solve business problems.
Prior to joining Real Asset Management Group, he worked for MA Financial Group as Head of Technology across its Asset Management, Corporate Advisory and Lending divisions. He was responsible for the development and delivery of MA’s IT strategy, transformation program and technology roadmap.
Craig holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Business Management from the University of South Africa.


David has over 20 years of experience running finance and operations teams in Asset Management.
Before joining Real Asset Management Group, David was Head of Alternatives for State Street, where he was responsible for launching and building the Alternatives servicing business in Australia. Prior to this he spent 14 years in London where he was Finance Director of the Private Markets business at Hermes Investment Management, having initially qualified as a Chartered Accountant at Deloitte in Melbourne.
David holds a B.Com from the University of Western Australia and is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia & NZ.


George has over 30 years’ experience in institutional real estate investment and management, working for leading Australian institutional and private capital real estate fund managers.
Prior to joining Real Asset Management, George was Head of Healthcare Partnerships at Dexus, leading the acquisition, development and investment strategy as the fund grew from $300m to over $2bn. Prior to that he was Director – Head of Property at private client real estate fund manager, Heathley and General Manager – Office & Industrial at Stockland.
George has sourced and executed over $3.5bn of real estate transactions over the past 15 years, including some of the largest health transactions completed in the market.
George holds a Bachelor of Applied Science, Land Economics from UTS, Sydney.


Jason has over 25 years of experience in finance in both Australia and London.
Prior to joining RAM, Jason was the CFO at ASX listed non-bank lender Resimac, concurrently holding additional roles which included leading Resimac’s Manila operations and managing Resimac NZ as CEO. Prior to Resimac he held key senior roles at Bankwest, Macquarie Bank and within private equity in the UK, namely with Fortress and 3i.
Jason is a respected financial services leader who has successfully implemented strategic initiatives across multiple disciplines including Finance, Treasury, Distribution, Operations, Data and Business Intelligence, Brand, and Customer Experience.
Jason is a Fellow of CPA Australia and a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.


Matthew has over 29 years of experience in global real estate markets across real estate development, investment and funds management.
Prior to joining RAM, Matthew was a Global Director and Head of Funds Management at QIC Global Real Estate, with responsibilities for Australian and United States capital transactions, wholesale funds and client mandates. As part of the leadership team at QIC Global Real Estate, Matthew oversaw all the group’s direct and unlisted investment activities and established QIC’s offshore capabilities in the United States.
During his 19 years at QIC, Matthew was part of both the development and asset management teams and capital transactions prior to leading the funds management group. Prior to joining QIC, Matthew worked for Lend Lease Development in various development roles in Australia.
Matthew holds a degree in Commerce, majoring in Finance, and a degree in Information Technology, majoring in Statistics and Applied Mathematics from Bond University, achieved through a Vice Chancellor’s scholarship. Matthew is a past member of the Queensland ULI and the Property Council of Australia Capital Markets Council.


Adam has over 14 years of debt funding experience.
Prior to joining Real Asset Management, Adam was a member of the Treasury and Securitisation team at Resimac, responsible for funding Resimac’s residential mortgage portfolio. In this role Adam managed various warehouse relationships along with arranging RMBS transactions to meet the ongoing funding requirements of the business.
Adam holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (Finance) degree from Macquarie University, a Bachelor of European Business from the Ecole de Management de Normandie and a Master of Applied Economics from the University of Seville.


Adam has over 25 years of experience in the construction industry across Australia and the UK.
Prior to joining RAM, Adam worked as Executive Manager of Development and Construction at Healthe Care Australia, one of the country’s leading private hospital operators. In this role, he managed and delivered over $450 million in both brownfield and greenfield projects. Adam has extensive experience in healthcare development, having delivered approximately half a billion dollars in development value across Australia. His development portfolio includes 27 private, mental health and day hospitals, as well as 36 smaller projects and refurbishments. Adam’s successful track record in healthcare development plays an integral part of progressing RAM’s Healthcare Opportunity Fund.


Adam has over 20 years of experience in finance, having worked for some of the world's leading financial institutions in Sydney, Australia and London, UK. Adam joined RAM from DWS, where he served as Director – Client Coverage, managing relationships with wholesale, wealth, and family office clients.
Prior to this, he led Australian sales and marketing at Research Affiliates, a California-based asset manager, and served as Head of Index & Multi-Asset Distribution for LGIM in London, part of the FTSE 100-listed Legal & General Group.


Andrew holds the position of Head of Finance – Real Estate. Andrew has over 20 years of multidisciplinary experience in finance, analytics, operations and technology.
Prior to joining Real Asset Management Group, Andrew was the Chief Financial Officer at McConaghy Properties, where he spearheaded both the finance and technology functions. Before that, he was based in Sydney and served as the Deputy CFO at 151 Property, a Blackstone Portfolio Company. He has also held various key positions at industry-leading firms such as Stockland, Dexus, and Balmain NB, focusing on Real Estate, Investment Banking, Private Equity, and Fund Management.
Andrew holds a LLB Laws, B Business Accountancy from Griffith University and is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia & NZ.


Anthony has over 13 years of experience in the fixed income market, working in various financial institutions in Hong Kong.
Prior to joining Real Asset Management, Anthony was the Head of Fixed Income in Avenue Investment Management managing fixed income focus mutual funds and discretionary mandated accounts. He also held fixed income portfolio manager positions in VMS Asset Management and Harvest Global Investment. Previously, Anthony held a credit analyst position with Moody’s Investors Service covering corporate credits prior to his portfolio manager career. Anthony also worked for Societe Generale as an analyst in the credit and equity strategist team previously.
He holds a MSc with distinction from Exeter University and a BBA degree in finance from City University of Hong Kong. He is also a CFA holder.


Doug has over 15 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate, spanning funds management, development and capital transactions.
Since joining RAM in 2018, he has played a key role in the firm’s real estate expansion. As Head of Capital Transactions, Doug leads the acquisition and divestment of assets across RAM’s property funds, supporting strategic growth and portfolio optimisation.
Previously, Doug served as Lead Portfolio Manager for the RAM Essential Services Property Fund (ASX: REP), overseeing a diversified portfolio of healthcare and essential retail assets. Prior to RAM, he held roles in JLL’s Capital Markets and Strategic Consulting teams, where he gained broad experience in deal structuring, portfolio transactions, infrastructure advisory and financial modelling.
Doug holds a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Finance and a Bachelor of Business Management majoring in Real Estate and Property Development from the University of Queensland.


Jennifer has over 10 years of experience in Marketing and Public Relations, working for institutions in Australia, Hong Kong and Macau.
Prior joining Real Asset Management Group, Jennifer worked for Classic Magazine as an Editor. Previously, she worked for Strategic Public Relations Group, Television Broadcasts Limited (TVB) and Konami Digital Entertainment Ltd.
Jennifer holds a Master degree of Social Science in Advertising and a Bachelor of Journalism and Communication from the Chinese University of Hong Kong.


Michael has over 10 years of experience in investment operations.
Prior to joining Real Asset Management, Michael worked within the Investment Operations team for Link Fund Solutions Pty Limited. There as a Portfolio Analyst, Michael was responsible for providing investment operations services to various fund managers.
Michael holds a Bachelor of Business from the University Of Technology, Sydney.


Michael has over 24 years of experience in Global Wealth Management and Asset Management, working for leading financial institutions in Australia.
Prior to joining Real Asset Management, Michael was a Senior Portfolio Manager for Macquarie Bank in the Discretionary Managed Accounts business. He has over 12 years’ experience as Portfolio Manager, working as a senior member of the investment team managing in excess of $1 bn in clients discretionary funds and was directly responsible for over $440m in clients fixed interest and credit investments, as well as previous experience managing Equities and A-REITs, Strategic Asset Allocation and Tactical Asset Allocation. His previous experience within Macquarie Bank includes trading, derivatives, client advisory and money market activities. Michael’s first role with Macquarie was as a Stock Exchange operator where he developed a keen passion and knowledge of listed investments, and was a SEATS Governor for the ASX. Michael also worked at Westpac Bank as a securities officer prior to his role with Macquarie.
Michael holds degrees in Commerce and Finance from Adelaide University (B Com & B Fin), has completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment, is a CFA Charterholder, and Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australia (F Fin).


Mike is responsible for funds management capabilities of RAM Real Estate’s unlisted products. Mike also takes a leading role in investment origination, analysis, and execution of real estate transactions across all sectors and products.
Prior to joining Real Asset Management Group, Mike was the Capital Transactions Manager at Elanor Investors Group, focusing on Healthcare and Office sector acquisitions. Before that, Mike was part of the Capital Transactions team at Queensland Investment Corporation (QIC). Mike has been directly involved in the transaction of circa $3.5 billion of real estate across multiple sectors.
Mike graduated from Le Hong Phong High School for the Gifted in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam before receiving a scholarship from the University of Queensland to study Bachelor of Economics and Master of Commerce.
Mike has also held previous teaching-related roles at University of Queensland in Economics and Finance and is currently a guest lecturer in real estate there. Mike is also working towards his CFA accreditation, being a CFA Level III candidate.


Peter has over 25 years of experience as a Finance and Property professional, having worked within C-suite and executive leadership teams across both private and ASX listed Groups. He possesses advanced financial acumen and Treasury & Debt Management skills, complemented by proven experience spanning multiple asset classes.
Prior to joining RAM, Peter served as the Chief Financial Officer at a prominent and diverse private property group, overseeing financial functions, capital management, reporting, budgeting, and tax activities. His previous 7-year tenure at Decmil involved various roles in the senior leadership team, where he held responsibility for all property and real asset interests for the Group. He has also held senior roles at institutions such as Stockland, Morgan Stanley Real Estate, Marcol Property Group, among others.
Peter holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Queensland and is a Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA) and a Graduate if the Australian Institute of Company Directors.


Sam has over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate, having previously worked for CBIC (City of Brisbane Investment Corporation), Vicinity Centres, and Urbis.
Sam’s primary role for RAM in the last 5 years has been to grow and manage RAM’s medical portfolio. Key activities included listing the unlisted medical fund on the Australian Stock Exchange in late 2021, raising unlisted capital across high net worth, family office and institutional networks and developing and executing the acquisition and delivery of healthcare projects for RAM’s healthcare development fund. Sam has acquired over 25 medical properties in the last 4 years.
Prior to joining RAM, Sam was Portfolio Manager for CBIC, where he oversaw the retail portfolio and led the fund and investment function of the business. He worked across all facets, including capital transactions, development, asset management, lending, research, and fund analytics. Prior to his tenure at CBIC, Sam was a Senior Analyst for Vicinity Shopping Centres, the second largest-retail landlord in Australia. He was responsible for delivering on strategy for the development, leasing, capital transaction, and shopping centre management teams across a 100-centre national portfolio. Previously, Sam worked as an Associate Director for advisory firm Urbis, specialising in retail shopping centre and mixed-use development strategy. In this role, he managed the delivery of over 200 projects across both private and public sectors.


Stuart has over 21 years of experience in the Australian Financial Service industry where he has specialised in Credit Assessment and Mortgage Underwriting.
Prior to joining Real Asset Management Group, Stuart was the Head of Lending Australia and Responsible Manager for Resimac, where he was responsible for management of all aspects of Resimac’s Australian Underwriting team. Prior to that, Stuart worked within Mortgage Credit Assessment at St George Bank and Bluestone Mortgages.
Stuart holds qualifications in Mortgage Finance and Mortgage Broking as well as Training and Assessment.


Suzanne has worked in professional corporate services organisations for over 25 years, including Boeing and Accenture.
Prior to joining Real asst Management, Suzanne was a senior leader in HR across the Biarri group, a disruptor technology firm, for over 8 years.
Suzanne holds a Bachelor of Information Technology from the University of Southern Queensland.


Thomas has over 21 years of experience in Wealth Management and Client Relationship Management.
Prior to joining Real Asset Management, Thomas was a Wealth Management Manager for Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, Sydney. There as a senior business development manager, Thomas was responsible for private and institutional client acquisition and relationship management. Prior to this, Thomas worked for First Prudential Markets as Senior Sales Account Manager, Origin Energy as an Energy Trading Analyst, and ANZ E*TRADE Australia Securities Limited as a Senior Bi-lingual Client Services Representative.
Thomas holds a Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of New South Wales, and a Master of Environmental Engineering Management from the University of Technology, Sydney. Thomas speaks fluent English and Mandarin.
