RAM appoints new Head of Institutional Capital and Investor Relations

Real Asset Management (“RAM”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Adam Willis as Head of Institutional Capital and Investor Relations. Mr. Willis will oversee RAM’s relationships with institutional investors and lead its investor relations function. He will also play a key role in fostering strong engagement with investors in the ASX-listed RAM Essential Services Property Fund (ASX: REP), driving alignment and strengthening investor relationships.

Scott Kelly, Group CEO of RAM, said the appointment highlights RAM’s commitment to being a trusted investment partner for domestic and offshore institutional investors. RAM has made significant strides in institutional investment and distribution, including securing a super-sized institutional mandate from a large Southeast Asian Sovereign Wealth Fund last year.

“Adam’s expertise in business strategy implementation across institutional markets—spanning superannuation, wealth, and family offices—will bring tremendous value to our investors and funds. His appointment aligns with our ongoing focus on strengthening relationships and enhancing our capabilities, as we continue to expand our institutional footprint while delivering value to our investors,” said Mr. Kelly.

Mr. Willis joins RAM from DWS, where he served as Director – Client Coverage, managing relationships with wholesale, wealth, and family office clients. His expertise spans infrastructure, real estate, and private credit funds, aligning closely with RAM’s core investment strategies.

Prior to this, he led Australian sales and marketing at Research Affiliates, a California-based asset manager, and served as Head of Index & Multi-Asset Distribution for LGIM in London, part of the FTSE 100-listed Legal & General Group. Mr. Willis has also held senior roles at other leading financial institutions in London.

“I’m excited to join the RAM team. While the firm’s strong track record is evident, its ability to remain nimble in navigating market opportunities sets it apart. Maintaining a long-term focus while executing strategies and building trust is essential, and I look forward to collaborating with the team to deliver on this vision for investors.” Mr. Willis said.
